A beach hut no bigger than a garden shed has gone on sale for £120,000, the same price as a three-bedroom house in Hartlepool.  

The wooden hut, overlooking the Isle Sheppey, comes with timber decking and a barbeque area, but can only be occupied during daylight hours....
