House prices in the UK are predicted to increase by 6% in 2016, as demand continues to outstrip supply, according to the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

 

The Government recently announced plans to build 400,000 affordable homes by 2020, over half of which will be sold at a 20% discount to first-time buyers....
