During the past five years out of all homes approved to be built one in three have not been completed.

 

According to the newest findings by the housing and homelessness charity Shelter, more than 320,000 homes have not been completed despite being granted residential planning permission....

House prices have seen a 1.1% increase in June following a 0.2% dip in May. The average house price has risen by £2,590 to an average of £211,301 with the annual house price growth edging to 3.1% from 2.1% in May....

London Rental Price

London had been identified as the most expensive region in Britain to be a landlord, according to new research by Kent Reliance.

 

The study by the specialist mortgage lender shows that the average landlord spends £6,535 per property per year in the capital, or 32% of the amount they receive in rent, excluding mortgage costs and tax but including void periods....

Uber had come together with Build To Rent developer in order to complete a PropTech deal, which sees the transport company giant involved in the property sector for the first time.

 

Tenants at schemes operated by the Build To Rent company ‘Moda Living’ will receive up to a total of £100 in Uber credits per month. This is only available should tenants agree not to have a car parking space in their building. In return, using a bespoke app, residents will be able to hire an Uber as and when they please....
